I am passionate about massage the positive effects therapy has on the mind and body. I bring a diverse skill set and have worked in chiropractic, rehabilitation, and relaxation settings. I offer Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Lymphatic massage, Aromatherapy and CBD Therapy.

I am further certified in stretching physiology, headaches and migraines, lower back pain and breaking the pain cycle, and Lymphatic massage.
